Our Application Process
Application Fee: $60.00 Money Order per applicant, $75.00 per couple
*NON-REFUNDABLE*
Holding Deposit: $200.00 Money Order
Income Requirements:
1 Bedroom: $750 per week gross ($36,000 per year)
2 bedroom: $895 per week gross ($43,000 per year)
Must provide for application: – Filled out application
-Valid Photo ID or Drivers License
-Social Security Card
-2 current, consecutive pay stubs for each applicant
-Application Fee
Additional Requirements:
-Must be 18 years of age.
-Must have good rental history (pay on time, no evictions)
-Must have good credit history (pay all bills on time, no collection accounts)
Small pets under 25 lbs are welcomed with a $250.00 non refundable pet fee PLUS A $25.00 monthly Pet Fee
*Applications cannot be processed until the application fee is handed in
*No cash will be accepted and all application fees are not refundable
