Our Application Process
Application Requirements
You must be presently employed and earn at least 75% of the monthly rent per week.
All applicants must provide a copy of the following along with your filled out application:
$70.00 money order for one applicant and $80.00 for two applicants
Money orders made payable to Wessex Management, L.L.C.
No cash will be accepted.
Copy of your Social Security Card and Current Drivers License or Valid Photo Identification Card
You must provide two current pay stubs. If you do not receive pay stubs, you must provide a letter from your employer stating your name, position, salary and length or employment, a W2 form and 3 months bank statements.
If you’re self employed, you must provide your most recent tax return, bank statement and a notarized self-employment letter.
Credit and Rental History checks will be ran and evaluated.
There will be a $87.00 city inspection fee due.
*Application processing takes 3-5 Business days to complete. Incomplete applications will result in a delay of processing and may result in the apartment being rented to another applicant.
