Our Application Process
Application Fee: $50.00 Money Order per applicant
*NON-REFUNDABLE*
Holding Deposit: $400.00 Money Order
Income Requirements: -Must be employed for at least 6 months and earn at least 2.5 of the monthly rent a month
-You must be able to provide two current pay stubs and a current bank statement.
Must provide: – Filled out application
-Valid Photo ID or Drivers License
-Photo copy of your Social Security Card
-Two most recent Pay Stubs and recent bank statement
-Application Fee
-Holding Deposit
*Applications cannot be processed until the application fee and holding deposit are handed in
