-Valid Photo ID or Drivers License

-Social Security Card

-2 current, consecutive pay stubs for each applicant

-Application Fee

Additional Requirements: -Must be 18 years of age. -Must have good rental history (pay on time, no evictions) -Must have good credit history (pay all bills on time, no collection accounts)
