Application Fee: $50 per applicant Income Requirements: Must make at least $50,000.00 a year for a Two bedroom. $55,000.00 a year for a Three bedroom. Rental History: Must have satisfactory rental references. If you have ever been evicted or been found by a court to be in violation of your lease, your application will be rejected. Credit History: Credit records must currently be satisfactory. Any credit history that shows past due credit or any unfavorable information in the past two years will be cause for rejection. Must provide: -Filled out application -Application Fee (Money Order or Cashiers Check) -Pay stubs for the last 2 month's for each working adult -Valid Photo ID or Drivers License -Photo copy of your Social Security Card -Rental History Form (if applicable) -Employer Verification Form for each working adult -Two most recent Pay Stubs or Employment letter with your W-2 Form When the application has been approved, the first month's rent must be posted as the Holding Deposit to remove the unit off of the market. Upon the lease signing, there is a 1-1/2 month Security Deposit due to move in.
