Application Process

Our Application Process Application Fee: $45.00 Money Order per applicant *NON-REFUNDABLE* Holding Deposit: $400.00 Income Requirements: -Must be employed for 6 months and earn at least 3 times the monthly rent a month -You must be able to provide two current pay stubs. ​ Must provide: - Filled out application -Valid Photo ID or Drivers License -Photo copy of your Social Security Card -Two most recent Pay Stubs and any requested corresponding documents -Application Fee -Holding Deposit      Print out our application   *Applications cannot be processed until the application fee is handed in *No cash will be accepted and all application fees are not refundable
